''Is the artwork original?''
Yes. All artwork on the artistic impression is original and hand painted by the artist.
''Is it available to buy right now?''
Yes. All artwork advertised to buy right now has its price shown beside it.
''Can I buy it safely online?''
Yes. The artistic impression uses PayPal secure payment. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque. Just use the contact form to let us know the artwork you would like, and we will hold it until your cheque has been sent and cleared. Meanwhile the artwork will not be available to others to buy online.
''How will the painting get to me?''
All our artwork is sent via recorded delivery and will need to be signed for apon arrival. Artwork is protected and packaged acording to its needs.
''How soon will the painting get to me?''
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although, as the art is ready to buy it will normally be with you within 5-7 working days.
''How much is delivery?''
Delivery is Free within GB & Europe.
So what you see is what you pay with no added cost. (Other countries outside Europe do have added mailing cost please contact us first for more details.)
''What happens if it’s not quite right when I receive it?''
If the package of the item is damaged then immediately check the item itself is undamaged before finalising acceptance from the delivery service. If an item is damaged you must make a note to the delivery representative AND contact The Artistic Impression within 24 hours. Damaged artwork will be arranged to be repaired, replaced or a full refund will be received.
