The Artistic Impression asks you to read the following 'Terms & Conditions' before you place an order so that you fully understand the contract you are entering.
Paintings on Canvas
Painting using acrylic on canvas provides certain features which must be expected. Brush strokes, Raised paint and other such physical characteristics are present.
Copyright
Copyright remains with the artist. The sale or re-sale of any item of work does not include any intellectual property right relating to it. The reproduction of purchased artwork including prints is not permitted unless reproduced by the artist.
Authenticity
All artwork is signed and dated by the artist.
Payment
Payment for works by the Artistic Impression are processed through PayPal online transactions. All payments made need to be cleared before the artwork will be dispatched. All prices are in Pounds Sterling with delivery price included on purchases made within the UK and EU.
WORLDWIDE prices differ, please contact the Artistic Impression for details.
If you would like to make a non paypal payment please contact via the contact form and send a cheque or postal order to The Artistic Impression, 13 Ernwell Road, Folkestone, Kent CT19 5NT. Once contacted the Artistic Impression will hold the artwork until payment has been made. The item will remain advertised on the site but with no link to payment option.
Delivery
Artwork will be sent recorded delivery via a safe reliable delivery service, please allow up to 28 days for process and delivery, although artwork for sale on the artistic impression.com is ready for dispatch and so most artwork should deliver within 7 working days.
The Artistic Impression is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the work. If the package of the item is damaged then immediately check the item itself is undamaged before finalising acceptance from the delivery service. If an item is damaged you must make a note to the delivery representative AND contact The Artistic Impression within 24 hours. Damaged artwork will be arranged to be repaired, replaced or a full refund will be received.
Returns
If you are not happy and would like to return your artwork you must contact the Artistic Impression immediately and a return must be made within 10 working days after dispatch from us. With this a full refund will be made.
